The Bay uses a holistic approach to support your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Each program is individually designed to your needs. Evidence-based psychological practices utilised may include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Informed Therapy.
24 Hour Care and Support
While your program is conducted entirely one-on-one in complete privacy, you will be supported 24 hours per day by a member of your care team.
Physical Health
Daily physical movement is an important part of every program. Whether it is a morning beach walk, personal training, yoga or Qigong. Your body conditioning program will be suited to your level of health, and adapted as you progress through the program.
Complementary Therapies
A range of complementary therapies may be used in your treatment plan. These may include: Equine Therapy, Art Recreation, Meditation, Massage and Acupuncture. Complementary therapies are helpful in relieving stress and anxiety, and are also useful as a coping mechanism and in relapse prevention.
